Smart Owl's Tuition Agency tuition rates

ManyTRecommended Range for K1 - Sec 5 Tuition Rates. Rates vary according to Tutor's experience, qualifications and grading under us. Rates quoted are for classes of 8 times per month , 1 hour 30 minutes per class.

Here at Smart Owl Tuition Agency, we have a service aim of matching a suitable Tutor to Students within 2 - 7 working days upon enquiry.

Smart Owl Tuition Agency, formed in January 2012 is under the umbrella of The Learning Verve Knowledge Hub. Smart Owl Tuition Agency's service is primarily to match Students to Tutors within their most comfortable budget, time of classes and according to their required profile of Tutors.

There is no extra charge for students looking for tutors. Students only need to pay us half month of their fee only in the first month with the other half of the fee payable to Tutors in the said month.

Our pool of Tutors range from NIE Trained Tutors, Full Time Tutors, NTU/NUS/SIM/ Undergrads, Tertiary Students. Their speciality include Pri - JC subjects, Music classes, Conversational classes.

Terms for Tutors

50% of the first month agency fee is payable to SmartOwl. Subsequent fees are strictly for Tutors. Upon acceptance of your service by Parents,you are required to sign an agreement letter.

Tutors have to inform SmartOwl at least 2 days before the first class if you decide against taking the assignment. Tutors will bear the parents fee payable to SmartOwl if Tutors cancel assignment at any class between the first and fourth class of the first month.

Tutors will be backlisted if they choose to re-negotiate with Parents or/and if their service and conduct is found inappropriate.

Terms for Parents

Payment of 25% of fee is to be paid before the first class commences. The subsequent 25% is to be paid upon completion of the fourth class. SmartOwl collects agency payment only for the first month. The balance payment is payable to Tutor.

If Parents choose to cancel the assignment at anytime between the first and fourth class, the agency payment will be pro rated.

Parents are to sign an agreement letter before engaging SmartOwls's Tutor. All payment are to be made via POSB Savings Fund transfer
